We are proud to offer a welcoming and comfortable facility while you're here for your pets care. We can provide anything from routine wellness exams to ultrasounds, echocardiograms and even perform MRI's at an off-site facility. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office.

1056 W. Golf Road, Hoffman Estates

We are located in the northwest Chicago suburb of Hoffman Estates in the Strawberry Hill Shopping Plaza at the intersection of Golf Road and Gannon Drive. We are west of the Rt. 58 & Rt. 72 intersection and east of Barrington Road. We are on the north side of the street and on the west side of the shopping center. If you are traveling west on Golf Road, there is an entrance to the shopping center on the right, just before the stop light at Gannon Drive by the White Castle Restaurant . If you are traveling east on Golf Road you can turn left at the Gannon Drive light and make a right turn into the White Castle entrance. We will be straight ahead of you and you can follow the parking lot around to our side of the shopping center.

Appointments:

Please understand that we will do our best to see clients on schedule, however, if an emergency arrives, we will need to attend to that patient with the same dedication and concern that you would want for your own pet in the same situation. If you would like to make an appointment, please call our office at 847-310-8668 during business hours. We would be happy to answer any questions that you may have. If you would like to take a tour of the hospital, any of our staff members would be proud to show you our hospital.

Financial:

We do request full payment at the time services are given. For your convenience we accept cash, personal checks with proper identification, Visa, Mastercard and Care Credit.

We also understand that sometimes things happen when we are least prepared for them. In this difficult economy, we want to be able to offer payment options that could help make emergency situatuations less stressful or allow you to spread the cost of yearly exams and medications out over a period of time. Care Credit is that other payment option, offering "No-Interest payment plans". As long as minimum monthly payments are made on time, they offer 6 and 12 month/No Interest plans. We can give you printed information about it in the office or you can get more information and apply for it in the privacy of your home online at www.carecredit.com .

Cancellation:

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer your appointment to another patient.
