Hoffman Estates Animal Hospital

We love to share information, especially with young people! We let them come in to do "job shadowing" and give them the opportunity to see how a veterinary hospital really works!

These pictures are of the students from Hoffman Estates High School and their career supervisor, Helen Henderson, who came for a tour and a "question and answer" time. Our doctors and technicians spoke about their jobs and the opportunities that are available to them in the veterinary industry.

Many people think that it's only the veterinarians who have these opportunities, but the technical staff have many different paths that they can follow also! Going to school and becoming a certified veterinary technician is a great way to become involved in the world of animals.
